Registration Fees for JEEP 2023

Reminder : The congresse will be held from wednesday 04/10 13h30 to Friday 06/10 13h30

The fees include :

• access to conferences
• acces to communications
  
• Lunches of Thursday 05/10 (university restaurant) and Friday 06/10 (lunch bag)
  
• Gala dinner on Friday 05/10 evening.
  

For students (a valid student card is mandatory) : 200€ TTC

For non-students : 400€ TTC

!! Attention : after 06/09, registration fees are incresed by 50€ TTC

For exhibitors / sponsord

• Option 1 : 600€ TTC : registration to congress (see above) + Logo on website and abstract book + access to participant's list + possiblity to include promotional documents into the delagate bag. 
• Option 2 : 1000€ TTC: Option 1 + Exhibitor stand (table, chairs, electric power)  + flash presentation of your activities in front of all the audience.
• Option 3 : Free option to elaborate together
